Free Dealer Rental Car During Warranty Service?

I am taking my '02 530 in for warranty service. Am I eligible for a free rental car while my car is in the shop?

This is the policy on my Ford.

you should be, i know they do it all the time here in toronto. i personally have never needed one, but i know friends who take their car in and get a rental, try to grease them for a car comparible to what you drive, the stealershiip loves to give thier customers crap cars that dont come close to what you drive.

Everytime I bring my car to my local "stealership" they give me a new 325xi to drive. I have one right now as my car is in getting the rims refinished, on their dime. They dont heve "comparable" vehicles otherwise I would squeeze them for a new 528i. They have a decent fleet of 325xi loaners. I only ask for a loaner if the car will be in for more then a day. They have a very reliable, speedy shuttle service as well. I am overall extremely happy with my local dealer. BTW, it is BMW of West Springfield, MA. formerly Wagner.

The deal with BMW loaners is your car has to be under warranty...they really shouldn't be able to deny you, unless they don't have any loaners available
