HI..... new too forums,question i have 98 528 and recently purchase M style folding mirriors but my car doesnt have that option can i use a rely or..... is it possible to have it fold at all.

Well, the wiring should already be there... You may either need a relay or the Comfort Module, or even the General module changing BUT that option can be set via the OBC !!
Did you try "Total-Closure" on the fob?

Thanks for answering..... But not sure how too do the total closure, can you explain.?
