Fog light fuse?

Fog lights aren't coming on with low beam. No light on the dash to indicate a bulb being out. Checked the driver side bulb and it's fine.
Is there a fuse that I should be looking for?

Hope you guys will be patient with a few questions over the next few days/weeks. I don't have my manual or a reader yet but they are in the works.

Sorry man. I didn't give the whole story. I'm not getting any illumination from the fogs high or low beam.
