FNG not new to BMW's but just traded a 325xi for a CPO 530xi

Silver Grey 2006 w/Natural Brown leather interior, automatic, premium and cold weather packages. Wrestling with the I-drive though I don't expect that is an unheard of issue.

Impressions thus far:

Aggressive looking and getting used to said look
VERY solid
As heavy (or heavier than) my old 88 735i
Gets it's best mileage at 80-90mph
Great seats with fast heaters
Have managed to figure out how to check the oil level (Hans and Franz stupidly eliminated the dipstick)
Have not figured out how to check the coolant temp (the same douchebag duo stupidly eliminated the temp guage)
Loves to rev like a banshee
Quite supprized at the number of E60's I see on the road

Mike Miller is my cousin, ergo I have access to a huge repository of BMW information.

Would like to hear from other e60 owners, especially those who own the all-wheel drive cars.
