revronrowl n00b Join Date: Mar 2006 Car: Posts: 16 Photos:	Fan Control button prob My e39 fan control button, the + and - bar, comes off. ONe of the little tits on the bottom is missing. It works but is annoying. Can this be replaced? fixed? repaired? lived with?

fastshivy 1st Gear Member Join Date: Jun 2006 Location: Hiawassee Georgia Car: 1999 540i Posts: 163 Photos:	Just had the same problem, very common...Go to the dealer they list a part number that has all the buttons on it (faceplate) (about $40.) These are factory defects and you simply pry off the buttons you need and push them carefully in place.Just remembered.. Pm me I think I have the one you need and will send it in an envelope.You don't have to take the faceplate off or anything.
