you can do the e28 bumper euro conversion, which is the closer, euro bumpers. You can also use the 88 M5 bumper with air dam as well, its just a matter of finding such a rare item.
The euro conversion is also a little difficult to find, not only because people hold on to them, but because it requires some specific parts from Europe. You will need the bumpers, then you will need the euro front valance, then you will also need the front turn signals, since they are different on the euro models.
I would look on
