| engine temp whacked out '99 528i
Here's one for th e pros. Last winter (Minneapolis winter), the temp gauge on my 1999 528i, would max out acutely, I could turn off the ignition and it would return to normal. the engine was not overheating, but the gauge would redlline. also, sometimes the engine would run cold, the heater would not heat, thot it was a stuck thermostat, but it seemed to cure itself. It was not low on antifreeze, no engine codes. any ideas? |
