e39 sits high at the front

i have a 528 sport and isits pretty high at the front. is the norm or is there something wrong? the ride is fine.
is it worth considering lowering springs? if so which ones?

It all depends on HOW high does it sit !
Front give and take from the floor to the tip of the wheel opening 25 3/4 "
Back wheel ? sits a bit a higher in the vicinity of 27"

I just finished measuring my car ....Numbers are confirmed !!
