E39 Rear Suspension issues.

I have a 2000 528i wagon with the self leveling rear end. And the drivers side air bag sprung a leak or the connection did. All I can see after jacking the car up and taking the tire off is about 2-3in of the air bag.

Anyone know how to get to the rest???????

Is it sagging? Are you asking how to remove it or how to fix the sagging?

Yes its sitting right on the tire.

Im trying to figure out where the leak is and fix it.

When it pumps up after starting the car I can hear it leaking air.

Now thecar is dead and wont start at all.

Check all of the hoses. Do you hear the compressor running on start up?
