E39 in need of serious help

Well I was going to get my new tires installed this morning when backing out of the driveway my factory radio went out! Thinking nothing of it, I reached to turn in on but nothing, no illumination or anything, so I figured it was the fuse and would get to it later. Once I picked my car up I went to turn on the AC which was illuminated but put out hot air, not only that, my entire dash/cluster has no illumination. The speed odimeter works, the horn blows and all lights outside even turn signals work but nothing on the inside reflecting it. I looked at all the fuses inside the glove box and they all look good. Am I missing something here? I called the BMW dealer but they want to charge just to look at it instead of some helpful advice over the phone. Has anyone experienced this or know how to fix it? 2000 BMW 528i

what is the manufacture date of your bimmer?

you'll find it on the plate tag by the door.

OR... you might want to check the other fuses - RH side of luggage compartment
