E39 Fresh air flaps problem

Hello all!

The problem is that the fresh air flaps opens and closes randomly -> foggy windows and it drives me mad. I have allready tried another a/c panel.. Not working.. next I am going to try new final stage unit.. Or do you guys have any better ideas?

It is a winter here in Finland so the a/c compressor does not work atm.

Welcome to the Werkz.

Just make sure that the automatic air selection setting is off, so that you can force the system to use fresh air, not chop and change as "it" feels the need.

Good luck

Thank you.

The automatic airselection is off (no lights) and still it closes the flaps whenever it wants(right light illuminates)..
