E39 DRL on angeleyes?

Hey guys,
SO my friend has an E39 and wants to know how to turn on the DRL on the angeleyes? HIs is a 99'

Daytime Running Lights...and no DIY it is a car/key memory function that can only be programmed with a DIS/GT1 sorry

Yeah, but I don't think that DRL can be to just have the angel eyes on...

I believe that DRL will have the "high beam" bulbs on a low intesity.

Yeah, I had it on my 1997 528i. DRL on an E39 means that the high beams are always on at a low illumination; my angel eyes were wired to be on while parking lights were on.
