E39 chip/tuning

looks like ill be the proud owner of a mpackaged 2001 530i this coming weekend!

Trying to find some good chip...worth it? will be adding the freeflow KN filter from my old e34 but i guess that wont affect the chipping much...got any good urls to resellers? or should I just wait til I can afford a real tune...might be a few years...at least 1½:P

Thanks for all the past help to guys Also just bought 5,25" Hifonics Zeus speakers allround and an RX44 magnat amp for it Will move the old Blaupunkt Velocity 12" sub and Velocity amp to the new car too...adding 2x1F Dietz capacitors...I hope it will sound as great as im hoping that i hope.

I've checked them out and they can boost it about 8hp which doesnt feel like enough for the price...a friend of my told me of some guy Jörgen Weiss who's some kind of celebrity in the swedish bimmer world who should be able to squezze out 10-15hp and that he could get it for me for a real good price.

True...just a chip wont do much but if i can get a chip for a few bucks i thought it'd be worth it until i can thurhoughly tune the car from top to bottom.
