2. Turns on based on the temperature switch (values/) that screws into side of radiator. Some have two temperature settings (highand low) and others one.
So...is that a yes or no. Should the electric fan come on at any temp, with the a/c off?

Check the fuse (number 25 I think) in the forward fuse box. Mine went recently. It uses a 30A fuse. If the fuse is OK then check the Aux Fuse Box (I think it is called). It is infront of the left strut. It contains the high speed and normal speed relays.
