E34 Heater Core - which models have a compatible replacement?

Hello,

i'm trying to pull a heater core for a replacement on my '94 525i.. the model i was looking in at the junkyard was a US 89-93 535i and from what i could tell the heater core looked the exact same- would it be compatible?

would there be any difference between the US built ones and mine? (im pretty sure mine's German, my number starts with WBAH)?

and would any other 5-series models have the same heater cores, as i was able to find a few (530, 540, M5)?? but have only located the 535i so far..

i really need to get this done tomorrow,

Try a cross reference of part #'s

according to that, the part is the same for all 88-94 e32's and 34's, and looks like ALL e31's have that same part.. so looks like i can pull it out from pretty much anything.

btw it was just the heater control valve that i was looking for apparently.
