E34 Fault Code 1111

Hello again, I don't know for sure if the dealer will tell me this one, I own a 525i and when I do the fault codes it comes up with 1111 no engine light but it was alway's 1444 id I erase codes it will show 1444 no fault then a later it will be 1111? It seems to me the car idels better when it is erased? My car stumbles sometimes in the mornings like the odle valve is going,
