E34 530i manual drive train repair question(s)

Hey all. Well I bought the 95 530 I was looking at! $1000, Yeah!

Anyway, I do believe the center driveshaft bearing is shot, possibly the guibo as well. I have not put it in the air to get under it, but with help from this forum, that is the e-diagnosis. I wanted to know what should be replaced in the drive train area since I'll be replacing a few things anyway. Such as any preventive maintenance items or just general suggestions in replacing the guibo and bearing.

Note: Its a M60, 5-speed with 162k. Also the left-front motor mount, right-side tie-rod assembly, front sway bar links, exhaust hangers and clutch have recently either been repaired or replaced according to the previous owner.
