hey guys, I need your experience to shared. Currently I've E34 520i (Auto-24V) year 1993 model. I feel my car is too thirsty, roughly 17ltr/100km in city and 11 ltr/100km on highway. So far, I already change air-flow and also TDC sensor... then the engine have good performance, power, but the fuel consumption is quite bad...
Anyone experienced on this situation, please let me know... Thanks.
Ideas:
If you aren't already, use the higher grade gasoline for your car
Check your fuel pump and fuel filter, replace if needed (what the hell, why not)
Remove anything in your car that is adding weight (if there is anything)
