Ok more on my fathers car.

The heater motor is out. It produces hot air but it doenst blow any hot air.
How hard is it to get to the blower motor to replace it?

And where is it.

check and make sure its not the switch ( the AC and heat are two differant motors) the switch only allows one to run at a time. so your ac might be stuck on. ( or so im told when my ac wouldnt work)

<span style='font-size:11pt;line-height:100%'><span style='color:blue'> theres no replacement for displacement </span></span>
im so hardcore. i dont even have cup holders

Its not the switch. When we turn the AC button on it starts blowing from the center vents as it should ( so I am told ). When we turn it off there is no fan blowing at all. You can feel the heat coming slowly from the def and floor but when you try to adjust the speed you get nothing.
