Hello everyone ..
I own an amazing M535i (e12) .. It was my dad's and 3 yrs ago He decided to give it to me .. When we bought it he did major improvements to the car ,, and now when i got it i did too .. Everything is perfect now but there is one problem killin me ghead ...
The engine is overheating .. the water radiator is not sufficient for cooling the powerful engine ... my engine is 3.5 Large with improved exhaust system and a gear box with the first speed downwards and an autoblocking differential . . . so i think that i need an extra cooling system for the engine... does anyone has any idea of how to solve such a problem ...
and any suggestions for the break system too ? ? ?
thanks
Yes .. exactly .
the engine temprature is to the middle .. and everything is good .. unless ur driving at noon (very hot weather) , or if u turn on the A/C ..
that is why I am trying to find out an Extra cooling solution or an improved cooling system !!

ron davis makes very good aluminum radiators. we use them in alot of supercharged h2's we make.
they can custom make you a radiator, something with a 3" core and an electric permacool fan would do wonders.
that, and make sure that the system isnt blocked up at all.. although m30 motors do tend to run hot.. i had a 3.3L m30 motor and ran it during the summer (120 degree weather) without any radiator fan at all and it ran in the red ALOT and the motor never skipped a beat.
not that i'd recommend reproducing my experiment, but they are quite stout motors.
