Help!?!? I have a 1998 5-speed 528i. When I release my E-Brake the "BRAKE" light is still on. Does anyone know what the problem is? Thanks, Pat

I'd say take it in UNLESS you are good mechanically. I have opened the boot to the e-brake before but dont remember well enough to tell you whats in there. Anyways my guess is that when you put the e-brake down there is a button it pushes, that button may be broken. Thats my best advice, does it warn you the whole time your driving? god that must be annoying
