Dull front lights - 523i

I have just replaced the front lights four bulbs on my 523 to CrystalVision. The lights are better and whiter but somewhat not yet excellent comparing to my other cars. I think that it is necessary to clean the beams cover which looks dusty from inside. Is it possible to do so?
