Door Pannels losed

The panels of my back doors are both unfasten properly on the door… when I looked inside I found inner stiff not fixed on the external part.

What is the best way to fix it & how it can be done?

You probably need to replace the plastic grommets that attach the inside panel to the door. They are relatively inexpensive and your dealership should be able to provide them.
