Door Panel removal, trying to fix window

I have a e34 ('93), my drivers side window is off the track and I'm trying to figure out how to pull the door panel, I got the hex screw off the door handle, I found the torx screw behind the power window control, but there is still something holding it on near the middle of the door. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Any help understanding the window mechanism would also be appreciated.

That center hold-down is a pain. Lay down on the ground, pull out on the bottom of the door panel, with a flashlight look up at the center. There is a small black piece of plastic you will see, its kind of a pain to get off, but you will be able to see how it is removed. They do break easily too, so be careful. They're cheap enough to replace but a pain to have to go to the dealer to get.
