it's easy buddy: look at the buttons to the right of the radio (there should be a clock button, tel button and also audio button)
does the audio button say DSP???

if not - you don't have it

and even a better way to say: can you change your sounds? as in make it sound like you are in an orchestra hall?

for bmw 5 Series, X5, 7 Series - Vehicles without navigation will have a button clearly marked "DSP". If your car has navigation, there will be a "DSP" function in the main menu settings.
