Creaking Windows

[04BMW545i]

I purchased a 2004 BMW 545i, and had the dealership tint the windows. During the test drive I noticed no abnormal sounds. After the dealership tinted the windows, I noticed creaking from 3 windows on the drive home. ANY SUGGESTIONS???

I doubt that a tinted windows will cause creaking unless the dealer pressed the tinted film with his feet knocking the windows' alignmet out its track!!!

I would go back to the dealer and complain politely

This is a known problem. The dealer should treat the windows with carbaflo. I haven't had it done but heard about it on forums.e60.net.

Yep both my front windows creak - not good on a luxury car but unfortunately these are known for it.
