I have an 84 Lincoln Mark VII that came with a 2.4 Turbo Diesel engine in it, an i am running into an engine trouble! When I get it started it will rev up then return back to idle, and will continue to do this the whole time it is cranked! It also seems to smoke right out of the valve cover. I have heard that it might be one of the following: Glow plugs, Fuel injection pump, fuel pump, compression of the engine, or the turbo? ANY HINTS YOU GUYS!!!!

Any info will be well apprecciated!!
