cracked rim

so me and my dad changed my brakes and the fog lights on the 528 today, as i took off my front right wheel i noticed a big dip in the wheel. i was like shit this cant be good, as i look at the dip(/dent whatever) i noticed the rim was cracked quite big to. so now the problem is what to do, a brand new m5 style 17inch wheel is like 5-600$. my dad really doesnt want to do that, im going to check ebay, but if that doesnt work. my next idea was to see if someone on the forum could sell me a set of rims for cheap that will fit my car. help me out guys
also what can expect from raybest brakes?

I've got four stock E39 528 rims from my old car sitting here. Still need something like that? The stock rims were only 15".

Check eBay. I've seen them go used, much cheaper.

As for Raybestos brakes = IMO better than Pagid, Pagip, ATE and all the other ones.

why do u need to buy the whole set? why can't u buy just one?

Presumably he wants all the wheels to be the same weight and pay less in total than the single new wheel.

if the other 3 rims are exactly the same then it doesnt make a difference. perhaps im reading something wrong
