conventional lock up clutch exessive slip

I have a problem with my E39 BMW 530i Model 2003, where I faced aproblem with Transmission during pressing break to stop, where a click in transmission happen, and after checking the transmission I got the following message:
Conventional lock up clutch excessive slip, so please advise the causes of such this problem

how many miles on your car? did u check trans fluid level or change tranny oil/filter recently?

155000 KM, and I have never changed the trans oil neither the filter
