Ok i hate trying to describe weird noises but i'll give it a go.
When i'm going round a corner i get a loud clicking noise from what sounds like the rear of the car, the faster and tighter i take a corner the worse it is, it's worse on left hand corners and the clicking matchs the speed i'm doing, ie, faster i go the faster the clicking and the tighter the turn the louder the clicking.
Can anyone give me any pointers as to what i should look for?
It wont be a rock if it is only when you turn.......

No nails, screws, rocks, stones or anything else in the tyre, it's a noise i have heard before on a Jeep Cherokee i had and that needed new limted slip diff oil, now i know your never supposed to need to change the diff oil in a BMW, at least thats what BMW say, supposed to be lifetime oil and never needs to be changed.
But what if the diff has done 202747 miles, what does BMW concider "lifetime"
Does anyone know what oil goes in these diffs, is it limted slip oil or additive?
CHANGE IT!!!! BMW lifetime is 100k.... thats when the warranty expires
