Clicking Noise from Steering

I have clacking noise coming from the front when driving on a rough road or bumps. It is like something is playing within the steering system & much closed to the steering column. I am feeling minor vibration in the steering wheel when the noise is there. Also the steering is a bit heavy. Changed the control arms & steering rack but still the noise is there. Any thoughts or experiences ?????

minor vibration accentuated in turns = wheel bearings

Can you post a picture showing the location of sway bar joints & the wheel bearings?
