Check Suspension Self Leveling Light Showing

Hi All,

I have a 1994 E34 with the self leveling suspension - refer to owners handbook light showing intermittently. When the car is turned off and restarted it clears and can be ok for 10 minutes or a whole day then show?

The problem is that the vehicle has not got self leveling suspension fitted.

I took the car back to the dealer whom I purchased ot from originally with a fault on the lighting circuit which he claims was the headlamp adjuster on the laft hand side, (which he disconnected). Then it had a low washer light showing which I rectified by changing the angle of the float. Then this light showed, altogh I do not feel it is connected with teh previous faults.

Any ideas what I can check or can it be disconnected in any way?
