Central Locking Problem BMW E34 1991

hi there,

I am having sort of a problem with my central locking in my car.
The thing is, the passenger seat door won't react at all when I turn the key, it does not lock or unlock when I turn the key, but all other doors work fine with locking and unlocking, I sort of have to do it manually with that passenger door.
I have this picture of the fuse box from the rear seat, as far as I can se NONE of the fuses are blown, but what is under the bigger black plastic boxes on the top as you can see?
Can that be something involving central locking, or what can be the problem, I have almost just bought the car?

I think I'd start with the individual actuator on that door.

What if the problem is under those bigger black boxes on that picture?

Do I need to change the central lock engine?
How do I get into it?
