castrol magnetec oil 5w30 a1, for 2001 530i is it ok?

magnetic oil???? i don't see the value in that really... do you alpine?

the name itself(magnetic oil) scares me... i ain't having my oil with magnetics flowing through my motor, thts for sure! Magnetic means the capability of attracting metal >>> that connotes metal in my oil?! NO FREAKIN' WAY!

and by the way magnatec is just a fancy name..
it has NOTHING to do about magnets

its a good quality oil. i use it on my bmw 520i and it is lighter and a very durable oil, and in norway they will recommend you this oil as a 2. alternative beacauce they say that sertain motors from bmw has wery small oil channels at least on my car so for me they reccomend 0w30 oil, but that is
REALLY expensive over here

thanks m8 for that m8 but iv have drained that and put castrol edge in 0w30 in now just put new wheels on to 19 snitzers thought i would let u no lol

oki, thats good at least it will lubricate your engine all the time no mather if it is cold or hot :P do you have pics on the new weels by the way ??
