Question Car Covers

I am looking for a high qaulity car cover for my 99 528i. Something that will withstand rain and typical beach weathering in so cal. I found pelicanparts .com had great covers, "the best for $250, but ebay has covers for as cheap as $40. Has anyone bought a good cover off of ebay, is so from who?

What do you mean by "withstand rain"?
No car cover will keep your car dry. I'm very happy with "evolution 4" by covercraft & "ultimate car cover" by bavauto.com

The evolution 4 mat'el is thicker and tend to take lots of room when stored. The other material is "plastic/metallic" type. It folds easely and doesn't take too much room.
Hope this helps..
