Can't figure out this suspension noise!@

Hi guys, I have a 97 528i. Long story short I had major suspension repairs due to pothole damage over the winter. I've replaced: Knuckles, struts, all control arms, thrust bushings, tie-rods, strut perch rubber gasket things the springs sit on, strut bearings.
Here's the problem. When I brake to a stop (especially from a descent speed) it feels like the car...kind of "squats" on the driver side accompanied with a faint click/pop noise. When I let off the brakes (also new) it kind of recoils back to a neutral position. I've taken it to the stealership twice with no luck. Any ideas please!

Try inspecting the sway bar links and bushings for play or wear. It's one of the few things you didn't mention replaced.

Sounds more like that left side coil spring is not sitting in position on the struts.

I forgot to mention those..they were done too. I was thinking that maybe the springs aren't situated correctly. I figured that since the suspension's been taken apart a few times that the chances of the springs not being installed right several times over were slim. Any post anywhere on how they're supposed to sit? I'd check it myself if I knew the proper positioning.
