can someone please help me out!!! im stuck!

hey guys, i have a bmw530d 1999 model, common rail system,
on my way to work the other day the car jumped and stuttered and made a horrible noise and cut out, and would not start, i have brought it to the mechanic who thinks its the injectors,

could someone please give me a step to step process on how to remove the injectors from the car, do you need a specific tool? or can you get them out without the tool because i have priced the tool and it very very expensive, can anyone please help me out with the step by step process, it would be greatly appreciated!!!

The injectors dont all go a once!!!,its the same as a spark plug going in a petrol engine even if one failed it would still run, so I dont think this is your problem, from what you've said on how it stopped I would be looking at the injection pump or timing chain/belt whichever it has.
