Can I use the glovebox fuse panel to add a 25 amp circuit?

Dear Bimnmerwerkz,

I am in the process of adding a set of air horns to my 2003 E39. I need a 25 amp fused circuit to run the air pump. Is there any chance I could just use the fuse panel in the glove box? I am thinking I would put a 25 amp fuse in an unused location and then try to figure out how to run the hot wire out the back of the fuse box into the engine bay. Of course the other method would be to find a hot wire in the engine compartment and tap into it with an inline fuse holder.

A neat installation is more important than a quick installation to me.

Any advice is appreciated. Thanks.

I really doubt the glove box fuse box can handle that kind of amperage from any one fuse slot.
