Can anyone identify this part?

I just bought a 02 540i, and on the second day a trim piece popped off...

I've attached pics, but it is from the rear passenger door sill. It is lightweight plastic, and I could glue it, but I would like to order a new one if possible.

ALSO, the cover for the passenger airbag is not a perfect fit, one corner is coming up a little, but not enough to see under. Will this be a problem/should I have it looked at???

Then order a new one . Looks like you are missing the clips.

Remove the whole piece of door sill that's on the car. It should be easier to assemble with both pieces to work with in your hands. You might have some broken clips though.

Ok, thanks guys. But can you identify the part, or help me with a way to order it...

Also, has anyone else had thier passenger airbag cover come a little loose, as in it doesn't fit perfectly?

The part itself cannot be ordered individually. The entire sill has to be replaced. I had to replace my driver-side door sill a year or so ago and it ran me about $60. They can be ordered from BMW.

As for the airbag cover, no clue from me...
