To Buy A 530 Wagon - BMW Forum

So I've given up on my '95 Discovery and I'm thinking about buying my third BMW.
It's a '94 530iT with 175000 miles and I was just wondering what everyone thout about the prospect of taking on one of these as a primary source of transportation for my family and me.
After having been through the LR ringer and although my experience with BMWs has been nothing but good I just wondered what kind of problems I might be in for witha '94 530iT.

The one I'm looking at is about $5000 and looks like a good deal.

Any and all thoughs appreciated.

sounds like a lot of miles for a v6
dunno man, 175k sounds way too much for me, even if the car was maintained well and pampered with, still too much

I've got 172k on my 92 525i Wagon, and with maintenance, it's totally fine. Nice set of wheels for the money, and with a family, very good deal. Buying premium all the time is a pain, but you've got to pay to play I guess.
