breaks stuck on

I am having a problem with my 93 525i. The breaks are on ever so slightly, all the time. It just started happening so I haven't completly screwed the rotors yet but I desperatly need to drive the car in a couple of days. The breaks are applied enough that it will not move without accelerator application in drive or reverse. It also brings itself to a stop and accelerates with a very sluggish resisted feeling. I've checked the brake fluid and I topped it off w/ DOT 4. Any help is much appreciated

If you use your e-brake you might have that checked out, it may be dragging. Jack up the car and rotate the wheels by hand to see if any are hard to turn.
