Alright. I have done quite a bit of work on my 530i. I would like to take on the brakes. I have done brake jobs on Mazda's and Chevy pickup's, so I have some clue. Does anyone have the complete instructions on the process to do it on my 530? I have a feeling that doing the brakes on this car will be much different.

Brake pad replacement on the e39, is pretty simple..... it looks exactly the same as the e36.....so here are 2 links:
