Brake Light Constently On! - BMW Forum

Help!?!?!? I own a 1998 528i 5-speed. My e-brake light came on and it is constently ON even with the e-brake down. I have the peake research thing and it shows no error. Does anyone know what this means? How do I know when my brake fluid is low?

Maybe your brake pads are hung in the on position, did you check your brake lights to see if they are off, also slide under dash and hold the arm on the stop light switch in and see if that changes anything, I had an issue with my brake lights staying on and I had to adjust the brake pedal arm to fully seat the stop light switch arm.
