Well by december I am thining baout having body work on my car repaired, the car repainted a new color, and a add on body kit done. Ive been searching for the past week or so and I think I have found something that I like and stil looks clean.

AC Schnitzer 4 piece kit

Front

Rear

First, what are your opinions on it? My second choice for the front lip was the DTM Lip on bavauto.com. I think Dangles might have it. it looks good!

How do these attach? Is it by bolts and drills? Will I need to cut into my bumper? Is it some sort of adhesive substance? How would each piece attach?

Any estimate on paint?

Thanks fellas.

dude, your car looks pretty frickin sweet already, dont mess with perfection. paint is going to be between 1500-2000 if you get it done right with the wetsand and everything.

1500 to 2000? multiply that by two (at LEAST) if you want it done right...

Usually the things are held on by special body-work adhesive and sometimes the front bumper piece is a thin overlay that glues on, but ACS MAY use a bumper. However I doubt that you'll find a real ACS kit anywhere for the e34 these days.

acs parts are becoming harder to find for the e34 since the exclusive distribuitor for north america, cec, no longer imports the parts in for the e34.

fyi... the front piece attaches to the original e34 bumper, and so does the rear piece.
