My dad owns a 2002 BMW 5-series in Vietnam that he bought a few years ago. He's trying to find replacement headlights for them and my question is where can I find cheap OEM replacement parts? The dealership in Vietnam wants almost $5,500 in parts and labor. Since I'm going with him I thought it would be a good idea to just order them online and either ship it to our home in Vietnam or put the headlights in my suitcase since I don't be bringing over too much clothing. I would then install them myself. Another question is would all the headlights be the same worldwide, because I don't want to do any modding when switching the lights over.

Here is a BMW online wholesale parts dealer in NJ,
johnny,
But they have this disclaimer: If your stock headlights have angel eyes you will need to do some cutting and splicing when upgrading to these headlights.
I have the stock angel eyes, I was leaning towards aftermarket because it's much cheaper. What do you think?

Oh! I thought you wanted to go OEM stock.....but that is a good choice....if you can solder the ballast.....that is not so hard....I did mine, it was just a little tedious.....
