Welcome to the Werkz.

I'd check out the ignition barrel to see if its beyond its functional life, if the previous history has seen a huge number keys on the key ring, it can prematurely wear the barrel assembly.

How long does it not start for once its warmed up?
Does it have to sit for a while once warm before it fails, or is it as soon as its hot and stopped it won't restart?
I have a vague recollection that his could be due to fuel line pressure regulator developing a slow leak and allowing the fuel in the fuel lines to vaporise. try running some injector cleaner through your system to see if the problem reduces or disappears.

the 535 only plays up when it been run for about 20 mins or more and as for starting back up, sometimes it starts straight away and then othertimes its after 20 mins, i useally use a wire to jump it from the power outlet onto the starter ,ive been reading other blogs and some seem to think it could be a temp cencor ?...any ideas about the 525 ,i personaly think it could be a faulty ingition switch ?
