hello everyone;
just checking to see if anyone can tell me why my 2001 bmw 530i stalls once in a while when i come to a stop?

Sounds like a torque converter failing to release lockup. Either the torque converter itself or a solenoid in the trans.

Could also be poor state of tune for the engine, but usually if it's when coming to a stop and it stumbles, then stalls at the end of the stop - it's related to the torque converter lockup.
