Hi guys, plz help me.

I recently bought a 93' bmw 520, I burnt the starter and so i had to get a new one fitted. It got fitted fine but the problem is after it was done, it started licking the transmission oil, I dont like the inexperience machanics to even come near my car. Nevertheless, the car started sliping gears so i dicided not to use it untill i get it fixed, but when i tried to take it out my garage yesterday it just wouldn't move. Could be it that the gearbox has died on me (automatic)? Plz, plz guys, if any one knows where i can take the car to as i still need to run the full service on the car (engine overall service included). I need someone who's honest and reliable, I dont have a problem with paying, as long as the job is done. and i still need to refill the transmission oil, also plz advice on how to do that as few ppl have told me that i need to put the oil from beneath.
plz help me out.
