There is a public auction in my area and they have a '95 540i with 6-speed manual tranny. It has 70000 miles on it and a small dent on the hood. How much do you think would be a good buy for it and how much is the average insurance for it? Thanks

I'm looking at paying 9950 for the same car, but at 120,000 miles. I live in San Diego, and the KBB quotes the car at about 11. Keep in mind, that the car I'm buying was driven by an older asian woman, and she's kept it in fantastic condition.
