Went out last night in my 99 528 and noticed that the abs/asc stayed on and the speedo and mpg guage doesn't work either. Everything was working as normal when car was used previous day. Any suggestions?

wheel speed sensor most likely any way...if you have no speedo, mpg and abs/asc have been taken off line that would be the first thing I would look at.

If you unplug the abs wire to the left rear wheel all those symptoms will happen, problem maybe in that section.
